Wedding Dress Shopping

I went wedding dress shopping today and I couldn't find anything that I liked under $500. I even went to the fabric store to try to buy a pattern to make my own and there wasn't anything with modest sleeves. I tried calling a rental place but they don't rent dresses with sleeves! So if anyone knows of anyone who would be willing to lend me a wedding dress for a couple of hours on July 7th that would be lovely. Only criteria is that it needs to have sleeves. Thanks!
